Jamie Stuart holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Valuation and is an Associate of the Australian Property Institute, an Associate of the Real Estate Institute of South Australia and an Affiliate of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia.

Before joining Harmony Corporation
in 1997, he was a Director for Jones Lang Wootton, having worked there
for over 20 years.

During this period Jamie was involved in more than 85 property transactions with a combined value in excess
of $500 million.
 His specific expertise lies in project initiation and financial packaging, investment analysis, asset
management, valuation, leasing
and sale of commercial, retail and industrial real estate.

Since joining Harmony, Jamie has been involved in the initiation, development management and marketing of several projects for corporates such as AAMI, Ansett Australia, OneSteel, Westpac,
Paper Australia, Telstra and Qantas.
