Joe Walker Co-Founder & Director

Joe Walker holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Valuation and is an Associate of the Australian Property Institute and a Fellow of the FinancialServices Institute of Australasia. Prior to founding the Harmony Group, Joe was National Development Director for a large property development company for five years. His earlier background included five years as Investment Manager/ Secretary of the South Australian Superannuation Fund Investment Trust (SASFIT) and seven years as a Dealer for Stockbrokers in both South Australia and the United Kingdom.

His specific expertise lies in project initiation, sales and leasing, financial packaging of projects, development management, and real estate valuations. Over his extensive property career, Joe has been involved in the development of shopping centres, commercial office buildings, law courts, computing centres, the Adelaide Rail Station and Environs redevelopment (ASER), Commonwealth and State Government offices throughout Australia.
